The quota is the monthly amount of text the AI may read (input tokens) and write (output tokens): Solo 600,000 + 300,000, Team 2,000,000 + 1,000,000 (about 3× Solo), Business 8,000,000 + 4,000,000 (about 13× Solo). In practice one post draft uses about 2,000 tokens and a full Ideoi project from idea to campaign about 60,000, so the Solo quota covers hundreds of drafts or roughly ten full projects a month. When the quota is used up, AI features wait for the next month or you can buy an add-on pack (1 M + 0.5 M tokens, €19); nothing is charged automatically.

Yes. You can invite an agency or freelancer as a team member on the Team or Business tier, so they can work in the same view with you while content still stays yours to approve before publishing.
Yes. On the Team and Business tiers you can invite members, assign roles and approve content before it goes live. For a solo entrepreneur, the Solo tier is all you need.
Today, Facebook and Instagram, plus email and newsletters straight from Luviamo. More channels are on the way.
Yes. You can plan and schedule posts in advance via the year wheel or the publishing queue, and they're published automatically at the time you choose.
Instagram publishing requires a business or creator account connected to a Facebook Page. For Facebook you need Page admin rights.
Luviamo uses Anthropic's Claude via its commercial API. Only your own content input is sent — brand voice, ideas and texts — never email addresses, credentials or analytics data. Your content is never used to train AI models, and Anthropic deletes it from its systems within 30 days at most. Transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses; see our privacy policy for details.
You can edit or reject any suggestion before publishing. The more you use Luviamo, the better it learns your company's style.
No. You always see and approve all content before it's published.
Yes. Like other AI tools, Luviamo's AI can occasionally make mistakes or inaccuracies. That's why all content is reviewed and approved before publishing.
No. Your company's data, content and brand information stay separate from other customers' data and are never used to train anyone else's AI.
You do. Everything you create with Luviamo belongs to you.
Your data is stored in Europe on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Frankfurt). Luviamo is built GDPR-first — privacy is designed in, not bolted on afterwards.
Yes. Luviamo's AI produces text that you always see and approve before publishing. Images and videos you bring in or create yourself with the tools of your choice.
Monthly plan: yes. You pay one month at a time, can cancel whenever you like, and keep access until the end of the paid month.
Annual plan: paid up front for 12 months (2 months free) and valid for the whole period. The annual fee is not refunded mid-term, except if we are unable to provide the service as promised. The annual plan renews automatically at the end of the period unless cancelled before then — you can cancel at any time from the Billing page.
At the end of the trial you pick the plan that fits you. Your content, plans and settings stay saved — you won't lose the work you've done.
After your subscription ends, your content, campaigns and settings stay saved. You can sign in anytime to continue, export your data or delete your account. If you don't sign in for 6 months after your subscription ends, the account and its data are permanently deleted — signing in keeps the account active. You'll get an email reminder before deletion.
Yes. You can request a machine-readable export from settings — you get your content, campaigns and other data. The download link is protected and time-limited.
Yes, through the browser. Luviamo works in a mobile browser without a separate app, so you can manage your content and posts on the go.
